GoLabour was founded by Raquel and Marco, combining two complementary backgrounds: events and construction. Raquel brings the speed and precision of high-pressure events, while Marco adds over a decade of construction experience focused on safety, structure, and quality.
Together, they created GoLabour to deliver a 360° staffing approach based on real on-site understanding. The goal goes beyond filling roles: it's about anticipating needs, understanding how a site runs, and providing the right people with the right mindset and standards.
